The event was graced by Atty. Omar M. Mayo, Deputy Administrator of Electric Cooperative Management Services of the National Electrification Administration (NEA) who served as the Speaker of the said Assembly. He higlighted the importance of the MCOs’ participation to SIARELCO’s endeavors towards rural electrification. Likewise, Atty. Mayo commended the exemplary leadership Cong/GM Sergio C.
